A Family Affair

After the turmoil and hard reconstruction work following the dramatic floods in November, we took time for some TLC in the form of a weekend of music from one of the greatest musical dynasties of all time: the 2010 Bassenthwaite Festival of Baroque music was a family affair, featuring cantatas, motets, trio sonatas and concertos by various Bachs, and central to it all, the great Johann Sebastian.
